Destiny is made or already written, that´s the question we always ask ourselves. Both answers are correct. Destiny is shaped as we go through life, with our actions, thoughts, routines, and journeys. At the same time, there is that higher energy beyond human control that guides us, and it´s up to us whether we listen to it and understand it, or not.
This artworks were difficult to create, because my hands kept getting wounded due to the hardness of the material (I used mesh wire as a base, and I swore never to use it again). A tough and hostile material, perhaps ironically, that´s what made the artwork appear soft and gentle. Often, the toughest things that hurt us reveal our most beautiful vulnerable and true side.
