sensorial connections
The joining of copper threads creates a pliable membrane, which is crafted using the technique of manual vertical loom weaving (warp and weft). Copper, despite being a hard and rigid metal, becomes gentle and soft when woven together. Sculpting this membrane through folds has given rise to a set of emotional sensors, visually resembling our own neural connections as humans, and at the same time, the universe and galaxies. It offers a perspective from the micro that resembles the macro, suggesting that we are sensors of connections, if we choose to connect.
